Wheat costs have risen sharply on world markets after Russia mentioned it could deal with ships heading for Ukrainian ports as potential army targets.
Moscow has pulled out of a UN deal on that ensured protected passage for grain shipments crossing the Black Sea.
Since then Russia has been bombarding Ukraine’s grain services in Odesa and different cities.
Moscow additionally warned that ships going there can be seen as siding with “the Kyiv regime”.
In the meantime, Ukraine has mentioned ships heading in the direction of Russian or occupied ports on the Black Sea could possibly be considered as carrying army cargo.
