Taipei appealed to Beijing after China’s Taiwan Affairs Workplace (TAO) announcement concerning reviews on people labelled as “diehard Taiwan independence separatists.”
Taiwan’s Mainland Affairs Council (MAC), which manages cross-strait affairs, acknowledged on Wednesday that China’s actions is not going to result in optimistic outcomes.
