    Some stakeholders from Kogi West have handed a vote of no confidence within the Senator representing the district, Sunday Karimi, over alleged poor engagement with constituents.     Some stakeholders from Kogi West have handed a vote of no confidence within the Senator representing the district, Sunday Karimi, over alleged poor engagement with constituents.

    They disclosed this throughout a go to to Governor Usman Ododo, saying they’ve formally written to the management of the All Progressives Congress to handle their grievances and strengthen inside cohesion.

    In the meantime, Governor Ododo reaffirmed his pledge to due course of and broad-based consultations, stressing that the imposition of candidates runs opposite to the democratic beliefs of President Bola Tinubu.

    He urged political actors to stay linked to the grassroots, emphasising that any transfer towards consensus candidates should mirror the real will of the individuals.
