The ASEAN summit has opened in Indonesia with members divided on a number of main points.
The Southeast Asian political and buying and selling bloc is cut up over Russia’s struggle in Ukraine, Chinese language territorial claims within the South China Sea, and the disaster in Myanmar. In a second we’ll speak to the president of East Timor, who has threatened to withdraw their membership utility until the battle is resolved.
