It’s three years since Beijing imposed a draconian nationwide safety legislation on Hong Kong.
The authorities stated the legislation was wanted to return stability to the previous British colony after months of again to again anti-government protests.
Critics say it’s getting used to silence anybody who speaks out; over 60 civil teams have been pressured to shut or disband. The vast majority of the political opposition have both been detained or fled.
