    CNBC shall be livestreaming Berkshire Hathaway’s annual shareholder assembly on Saturday, starting at 9:15 a.m. ET. It is a new period for the corporate as Greg Abel takes heart stage for the primary time as CEO.

    Though Abel shall be driving the assembly, Berkshire shareholders are more likely to nonetheless poise all kinds of inquiries to the corporate’s management.

    Here’s a rundown of the day’s occasions:

    9:15 a.m. – 9:30 a.m.: Pre-show anchored by Becky Fast and Mike Santoli

    9:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.: Berkshire Hathaway enterprise replace

    10:30 a.m.-11:45 a.m.: Morning query and reply session
