Violence and dysfunction broke out within the streets of Belfast after a knife assault on Monday night time.
The sufferer, Stephen Ogilvy, misplaced his left eye within the assault, Belfast Magistrates’ Courtroom heard. The suspected attacker, Hadi Alodid, has been remanded in custody for 4 weeks after being charged with tried homicide, threats to kill an NHS radiographer and possession of a knife.
BBC Confirm has mapped out a number of the violent dysfunction that occurred throughout the town, and elsewhere in Northern Eire. Movies present masked males strolling down the streets, outlets and houses attacked and bins and buses set on fireplace. Merlyn Thomas reviews.
