Eleven West African nations have agreed to commit troops to a navy deployment to Niger, geared toward restoring the ousted president.
Defence chiefs from the ECOWAS bloc say they’ve determined when to launch a navy operation.
However it could be a final resort, if all diplomatic choices fail.
