At a memorial service on Tuesday in Washington, DC, Chief Justice John Roberts celebrated the life and legacy of Justice Sandra Day O’Connor. O’Connor, who died this month at 93, broke obstacles as the primary girl on the Supreme Courtroom. Roberts stated, “She needed to display excellence because the 102nd member of the Supreme Courtroom, all of the whereas setting a mannequin as the primary girl on the job.”
