US federal workforce reductions have left nationwide parks struggling, with Yosemite Nationwide Park among the many hardest hit. Hundreds of federal workers are dropping their jobs because the Trump administration strikes to downsize the federal government. Amongst them are park rangers and upkeep employees accountable for the maintenance of over 400 nationwide parks throughout the nation. Conservationists worry that fewer workers will affect important companies, from path upkeep to wildfire prevention.
