Egypt, Ethiopia and Sudan are again on the negotiating desk.
They’re hoping to resolve a years-long dispute over Ethiopia’s multi-billion greenback hydroelectric dam on the Blue Nile.
Sudan and Egypt are fearful the dam will restrict their very own water provide – and pose an existential menace for generations to return.
Egypt is asking for a legally binding settlement.
However for years now, Ethiopia has remained defiant.
