A Syrian whistleblower—who uncovered systematic torture and human rights abuses beneath the Assad regime—has revealed his id for the primary time in an unique interview with Al Jazeera. Fared al Madhan, also called ‘Caesar,’ has confirmed he was behind the most important leak of proof, exposing 1000’s of images documenting mass killings in Syrian prisons. He documented the deaths of at the very least 6,786 individuals in detention—exhibiting torture, brutality, and hunger. Madhan was head of the forensic division for the navy police in Damascus and the photographer liable for documenting the our bodies of Syrians killed.
