Scientists in Norway say they’ve proof of an explosion across the Kakhovka dam in southern Ukraine which coincide with its collapse.
Each Russia and Ukraine have accused one another of attacking the dam, although some speculated it may have collapsed from earlier harm
Ukraine’s home safety service claims to have a recording it says exhibits Russian troopers admitting its forces attacked the dam, however the claims cannot be verified.
Its nonetheless unclear what prompted the breach.
