Sudan’s Fast Help Forces has denied duty for the killing of the West Darfur regional governor.
The military earlier stated the paramilitary group had killed Khamis Abbabakr in el Geneina.
No particulars of his demise have been reported.
Earlier Abbabakr had described the scenario within the metropolis as a ‘genocide’.
