A person calling himself the ‘Voyeur King’ has been arrested for taking photos of ladies’s underwear and posting the pictures on social media.
Yuta Kanazawa, an workplace employee, is suspected of taking photos up girls’s skirts at a shopping mall in Shizuoka Prefecture in October final 12 months and sending the photographs to a social media group.
