U.S. service members will arrive in Israel by Sunday to supervise the implementation of the ceasefire with Hamas, Fox Information has discovered.
The U.S. troops, all of whom come from the U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM), will arrange the civil navy command middle because the ceasefire unfolds, a senior U.S. official mentioned.
Among the service members are coming from the U.S., and a few had been already within the area. Most are with the Military.
They’re specialists in logistics, safety, engineering and transportation.

Not one of the troops can be going into Gaza.
Navy Adm. Brad Cooper, head of CENTCOM, attended talks in Sharm El-Sheikh, Egypt, with U.S. Particular Envoy Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner, a former White Home advisor and President Donald Trump’s son-in-law, a U.S. official confirmed.
Cooper then flew to Israel and is within the nation.

Hours later, the IDF confirmed that the ceasefire commenced and that ops had positioned themselves “alongside the up to date deployment strains.”
Witkoff mentioned Friday morning that CENTCOM confirmed the IDF had accomplished the primary section of its withdrawal from Gaza, which allowed the ceasefire to enter impact at midday native time, and Hamas’ 72-hour window to launch the hostages had begun.
