US President Joe Biden mentioned it’s a “pleasure to be again” as he met Irish President Michael D Higgins in Dublin.
Biden is spending most of Thursday within the firm of main Irish politicians.
He began his working day with a go to to Áras an Uachtaráin, the house of the Irish president, the place he inspected a army guard of honour, signed the guests’ e book, planted an oak tree and rang the Bell of Peace.
