US President Joe Biden has informed the UN normal meeting that Russia’s invasion of Ukraine is a shameless violation of the core tenets of the UN constitution.
Mr Biden urged the world to see Russia’s “outrageous acts for what they’re” and stated no-one sought battle aside from Moscow.
His phrases got here simply hours after Russian President Vladimir Putin introduced navy reservists are to be despatched to Ukraine as a part of a partial mobilisation of Russian forces.
President Putin accused the West of “nuclear blackmail” and stated a menace to retaliate was “not a bluff”.
