The USA killed al Qaeda chief Ayman al-Zawahiri in a drone strike, based on a number of sources conversant in the matter.
Zawahiri, who simply turned 71 years outdated, had remained a visual worldwide image of the group, 11 years after the US killed Osama bin Laden. At one level, he acted as bin Laden’s private doctor.
