The US president redoubled Washington’s assist for Israel in an impassioned speech on Tuesday.
Biden decried the Hamas assaults as “sheer evil”, saying that 14 US residents had been amongst these killed in Israel and others had been taken hostage.
Biden pledged additional army help for Israel, which already receives $3.8bn in US army help, and mentioned the US had shifted its army posture within the area to ship a message to anybody “looking for to take benefit” of the battle.
In response, Hamas mentioned that Biden’s speech “didn’t level to the massacres dedicated by the Israeli occupation forces in opposition to the Palestinian folks in chilly blood and beneath the nostril of the entire world”.
