A brand new report back to the US Congress says China has been aggressively working to strengthen its economic system and army. It recommends ramping up authorities assist for synthetic intelligence, proscribing some Chinese language exports and restrict China’s entry to army expertise. It comes lower than two months till the brand new Trump Presidency, which may result in a commerce battle over greater tariffs.
