The United Nations is warning that the humanitarian support packages in Gaza are reaching their breaking level. Richard Engel joins Andrea Mitchell to debate. “The UN says that its humanitarian support packages are getting ready to collapse. In some instances, support vans are being looted. Some instances, persons are throwing stones at them,” Richard says. “There’s a diploma of chaos that’s beginning to unfold in Gaza as a result of Hamas, which was the federal government, is now combating and going underground. So once you put that a lot strain on society — they’re beneath assault, they’re moved from place to position, they do not have fundamental provides — the little support that’s getting in is now both being stolen by Hamas or stolen by folks and bought at a unprecedented premium.”
