    ANTANANARIVO, Madagascar — ANTANANARIVO, Madagascar (AP) — The United Nations chief on Thursday condemned the military takeover in Madagascar as a military colonel who led the coup was set to be shortly sworn in as president simply three days after asserting troopers had taken cost.
