Russian state media report the state of affairs within the Kherson area of Ukraine is stabilizing, with much less frequent artillery fireplace and no counterattacks from Ukrainian forces. In the meantime, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky says the Russians might be besieged in the event that they keep within the Kherson area.
