    Work is continuous in Ukraine to revive electrical energy in houses, hospitals and important infrastructure following the ninth wave of Russian missile strikes on Friday.

    The assaults have focused civilian infrastructure, as temperatures drop under freezing in lots of areas.

    Kyiv has accused Moscow of utilizing winter as a weapon.

    President Volodymyr Zelensky has mentioned Russia has sufficient missiles to hold out but extra heavy strikes, however added that Ukrainians will resist.
