Russia’s Overseas Minister Sergei Lavrov is in South Africa forward of a summit of main economies – the so-called BRICS group – in August.
South Africa is coming underneath growing stress to determine whether or not Russian President Vladimir Putin shall be allowed to attend the assembly.
