For the second time in a matter of days – a drone has struck a high-rise tower within the coronary heart of Moscow’s monetary district.
Russia blames Ukraine for the assaults.
The 50-storey skyscraper homes three Russian ministries and was first focused on Sunday.
Russian Defence officers say three different drones had been downed within the capital and surrounding areas on Tuesday.
No accidents have been reported.
Ukraine has not acknowledged the assaults.
