A Russian assault on a Ukrainian mine has reportedly killed one employee, injured three and trapped 146 miners underground.
“The assault broken the enterprise’s buildings and gear, inflicting an influence outage,” DTEK, the biggest personal power investor in Ukraine, was quoted as saying by the Kyiv Unbiased information outlet.
“At the moment, 146 miners had been underground; their ascent to the floor is ongoing,” DTEK added on the strike towards its services.
The power agency didn’t specify the precise location of the impacted mine, although commerce union chief Mykhailo Volynets stated earlier that 148 miners had been trapped underground after a Russian assault in Dobropillia, Donetsk.
Sky Information has contacted DTEK for remark.
