Spending extra money with France to cease small boat crossings is a “wise funding”, UK PM Rishi Sunak has mentioned throughout an Anglo-French summit in Paris.
The PM has met French President Emmanuel Macron and the 2 held a press convention within the French capital.
Talking forward of their assembly, Mr Sunak mentioned giving France £63m a 12 months to spice up policing on its seashores was yielding advantages for the UK.
