The Diocese of Udupi witnessed a monumental second of religious renewal on Could 2nd, as two Deacons, Rohan Edward Mascarenhas and Oswald Vas, had been ordained into the Sacred Priesthood. The solemn ordination ceremony befell on the revered St. Lawrence Minor Basilica in Attur Karkala, drawing a big crowd of clergy, spiritual figures, and well-wishers from inside and past the diocese.
