Tunisia’s president has rejected criticism of his authorities’s remedy of Black African refugees after lots of had been rounded up by authorities and left on the border with Libya.
President Kais Saied mentioned on Sunday the refugees had been receiving humane remedy stemming from what he referred to as “our values”.
Refugees, nevertheless, say they’ve been left to sort out the desert warmth with little meals or water.
Tunisia, which is a serious migration path to Europe, has come below criticism from rights teams after authorities rounded up refugees and asylum seekers and expelled them to a distant buffer zone at Tunisia’s border with Libya.
