Tunisia’s President Kais Saied has been celebrating his obvious victory in a referendum on a brand new structure that offers him virtually limitless powers.
An exit ballot indicated greater than 90% of those that had voted had supported the president’s plan, however turnout was solely 27.5%, with fundamental opposition events boycotting the ballot.
