Polling has closed in Tunisia’s presidential election.
The vote is broadly anticipated to safe a second time period for President Kais Mentioned.
His predominant rivals are both in jail or disqualified.
Tunisia’s election fee says the turnout was 27.7%
Rights teams say Mentioned has undone lots of the democratic features that got here after the 2011 Arab spring.

Al Jazeera’s Bernard Smith studies from the capital, Tunis.
