With Donald Trump again in workplace subsequent January and Republicans holding a transparent Senate majority, Republicans are salivating on the concept of dominating the judiciary for many years. If conservative Justices Thomas and Alito retire, Trump would nominate their successors, making him the primary President since Franklin Roosevelt to have appointed a majority of justices to the excessive courtroom, and sure guaranteeing a conservative majority for many years.
