To the editor: The firings of Brown and Navy Adm. Lisa Franchetti fulfill Trump’s purpose of what he sees as reversing the range hiring folks of coloration and ladies who will not be actually certified for his or her roles, regardless of their experience and expertise.

As this administration seeks to finish applications that help range, fairness and inclusion in colleges, companies and organizations, the end result will return this nation to pre-civil rights struggles that so many gave their lives for. This requires resistance to racist insurance policies and practices that align with Trump’s values as he workout routines energy to silence opposition and protest.
