President Donald Trump signed an government order imposing tariffs on items coming into the U.S. from Canada, Mexico, and China. The U.S. will start amassing tariffs on Canadian items beginning Tuesday. It’s unclear when the tariffs on Mexico and China will take impact. MSNBC’s Ayman Mohyeldin stories.
