The Trump administration mentioned Wednesday that it has notified the accreditor for Columbia College that the varsity violated Title VI, threatening the college’s accreditation standing by saying it “now not seems to satisfy the Commissions accreditation requirements.”
The U.S. Division of Training’s Workplace for Civil Rights (OCR) and the Division of Well being and Human Companies’ Workplace for Civil Rights (HHS OCR) “decided that Columbia College acted with deliberate indifference in direction of the harassment of Jewish college students, thereby violating Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964,” in line with press launch from the Training Division.
