Troy College’s Worldwide Arts Heart (IAC) and Division of Artwork & Design have partnered with the Alabama Modern Arts Heart’s (ACAC) “Museum With out Partitions” program to host artists-in-residence Winter Rusiloski and Angel Fernandez, who’ve put in a short lived public art work at 204 E Walnut St as a preview of their September exhibition on the Huo Bao Zhu Gallery within the IAC.
