A former worker of OceanGate – the corporate that operates the lacking Titan submersible – warned of potential security issues with the vessel way back to 2018.
US court docket paperwork present that David Lochridge, the corporate’s Director of Marine Operations, had raised issues in an inspection report.
The report “recognized quite a few points that posed severe security issues”, in keeping with the paperwork, together with the way in which the hull had been examined.
A spokesman for OceanGate declined to touch upon the security points raised.
