Via the Telescope: Witnessing the Infinity of the Universe Up Shut
Beneath the velvet shroud of night time,
I stand, a speck in time’s huge flight.
With glass and brass, my gaze takes to the air,
To pierce the darkish, to the touch the ring
Of stars that whisper historic tales,
Of cosmic winds and stellar trails.
Via lenses carved by human arms,
I see the start of fiery lands.
A nebula, a cradle’s glow,
The place stars are born from shadowed woe.
Its tendrils stretch, a painter’s brush,
In hues of gold and crimson blush.
And there, a galaxy untamed,
Its swirling arms in splendor framed.
A billion suns, a trillion goals,
A symphony of sunshine that streams
Throughout the void, a choir’s name,
To bridge the hole ‘twixt small and tall.
I tremble, humbled by the sight,
A mortal fleeting within the night time.
For in that cosmic sea, I see
The infinite dance of future.
A universe that breathes and thrives,
A pulse that binds all dwelling lives.
But in its vastness, I discover grace,
A spark inside this endless area.
For although I’m small, I too am entire,
Part of this celestial soul.
The identical stardust that solid the skies,
Now lights the hearth in human eyes.
Via the telescope, I discover my place,
A witness to the infinite embrace.
Not only a watcher, however a thread
Within the tapestry of all that’s unfold.
A fleeting second, but everlasting flame,
Ceaselessly linked to the cosmos’ identify.
So I return to earthly floor,
However with a coronary heart profoundly discovered.
For within the heavens, huge and broad,
I’ve seen the reality, I’ve touched the tide
Of time and area, the place all is one,
Via the telescope, infinity is finished.
