    Over 40 eating places and companies acquired crucial violations in meals inspections from late November via January.

    Domo Steak and Sushi, 106 S. Franklin Street, Dec. 19 

    One violation was attributable to a walk-in cooler not at 41 levels Fahrenheit.

    Ok- Bap, 340 S. Walnut St. Suite 4, Dec. 5 

    Two violations have been attributable to an expired meals licensed supervisor certificates and refrigerated meals held for over a day with out date marks.  

    La Charreada, 1720 N. Walnut St., Dec. 13 

    4 violations have been attributable to no particular person in cost on the facility throughout operational hours, 5 cans with dents in them, doubtlessly hazardous meals not held on the correct temperature and chemical sanitizer with out the correct chemical focus.

    Two violations have been attributable to a hand sink blocked by an unused espresso machine and an worker making barehand contact with ready-to-eat meals. 

    Sushi Bar, 2522 E. tenth St., Dec. 18 

    One violation was attributable to uncooked meat saved above greens and ready-to-eat meals.  

    Taqueria Acapulco, 107 N. School Ave. Suite 2, Dec. 3 

    One violation was attributable to a hand sink getting used for one thing apart from hand washing.
