In a unexpectedly organized summit in Alaska, President Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin met to debate Russia’s ongoing conflict in Ukraine. Though Trump has stated there could be penalties for Russia if the conflict continues, he additionally stated no deal had been met to hasten the conflict’s conclusion.
