This Veterans Day, the Greensboro Historical past Museum celebrates its one centesimal anniversary — to the day — with the premiere of its new exhibition: GHM 100: Treasures. Legacies. Remix.
In 1925, simply seven years after WWI, the museum founders selected Armistice Day, which commemorates the settlement that ended the preventing, for the grand opening.
Museum Director Carol Ghiorsi Hart says lots of the gadgets on show again then paid tribute to Greensboro residents.
