A TEENAGER who tragically died on a seashore after being buried alive in a gap within the sand has been pictured.
Riccardo Boni, 17, choked to death when a sand tunnel he built collapsed on him on a seashore in north-west Italy.
Riccardo was on holiday with his family from Rome when he dug the one and a half meter deep gap on the Montalto di Castro seashore.
Emergency providers have been referred to as to reviews of the lifeless teenager who was visually impaired.
His five-year-old brother reportedly raised the alarm, screaming to his mum: “Riccardo is beneath the sand.”
A swimmer who was close by on the time of the incident advised native information: “He had constructed a tunnel. He wished to enter from one facet and exit from the opposite.
