Syria’s president Bashar al-Assad is confronting the largest problem to his rule in years.
In only a few days, opposition fighters have made important beneficial properties.
Now they are saying they’ve reached one other vital milestone, on the best way to the capital Damascus.
The fighters say they’ve entered Hama and that authorities troops have withdrawn from their positions.
The federal government has rejected these claims, and says its troops are able to repel any assault.
Syria’s President has vowed to defeat what he referred to as “terrorists and their supporters”.
Assad has been talking to the leaders of the United Arab Emirates and Iraq.
