Syria LIVE: US Drops $10m Bounty on De-facto Syrian Insurgent Chief Al-Julani
Senior US diplomats visited Damascus on December 20. Led by high diplomat for West Asia on the State Division Barbara Leaf, the visiting US officers held “good” and “very productive” talks with Syria’s de-facto chief Abu Mohammed Al-Jolani. The interim Syrian chief, who now goes by his start title, Ahmed al-Sharaa, reportedly “got here throughout as pragmatic” to the US officers. The USA determined to take away a $10 million bounty on his head after the interim chief dedicated towards using Syrian soil for terrorism. “It was a superb first assembly.
