Award-winning singer/songwriter Sue Matsuki celebrates the life and music of jazz icon Irene Kral, with musical director Gregory Toroian on piano, Skip Ward on bass, David Silliman on drums. Directed by Lina Koutrakos. Kral carried out from the late Fifties to the late Seventies, till she handed at age 46, one yr after the discharge of her final album. She was recognized for collaborating with songwriters Fran Landesman & Tommy Wolf, Bob Dorough, Dave Frishberg, and Steve Allen, in addition to singing songs of Cole Porter, Oscar Hammerstein, Jerome Kern, Jay Livingston & Ray Evans, and extra!
