    Stoke City midfielder Sol Sidibe joins PSV Eindhoven

    Stoke Metropolis midfielder Sol Sidibe has signed for Dutch membership PSV Eindhoven for an undisclosed charge.

    The 18-year-old has agreed a four-year contract on the present Eredivisie champions after coming via the Potters’ academy.

    Sidibe made 21 appearances for Stoke, making his debut as a 16-year-old on the opening day of the 2023-24 season.

    Stoke sporting director Jonathan Walters told the club website, external: “After open and trustworthy conversations, this was a possibility Sol wished to pursue.
