British Prime Minister Keir Starmer says a coalition of the prepared will current a peace plan for Ukraine to the USA, after talks between Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Donald Trump dramatically collapsed on Friday.
Starmer has hosted an emergency summit of European leaders and allies in London.
They agreed to extend navy budgets and enhance Ukraine’s defences by means of financial and navy help.
