ECONOMYNEXT – Sri Lanka’s companies exports rose 20.89 p.c in November 2024 to 326.23 million US {dollars}, the Export Improvement Board stated.
Companies exports are ICT/BPM, building, monetary companies, transport and logistics.
Estimated worth of ICT exports elevated by 38.04 p.c to 141.39 million US {dollars} in November 2024 when in comparison with November 2023.
The estimated worth of logistics and transport companies elevated by 21.09 p.c to 162.34 million {dollars} in November 2024 on a year-on-year foundation.
ICT exports elevated by 18.28 p.c to 1,325.79 million {dollars} in the course of the interval of January to November 2024 in comparison with the corresponding interval of 2023.
Logistics and transport companies elevated by 10.11 p.c to 1,600.27 million {dollars} from January to November 2024, in comparison with the corresponding interval of 2023.
Complete items and companies exports for November 2024 have been 1,269 million {dollars}, a rise of 0.04 in comparison with November 2023. (Colombo/Dec24/2024)
